Your request counts from the moment you submit it. Your subscription is set not to renew right away, and we e-mail you a confirmation with a link to end it immediately and receive your refund. If more than 48 hours had passed since your latest charge when you submitted this (or you’ve had a self-service refund in the last 12 months), it’s treated as a cancellation at the end of the paid period — write to hello@nobill.website if you think you’re owed a refund. Your legal rights are not affected.
