1. About these terms and who we are

NoBill (the website and web app at nobill.website, and the NoBill iPhone app) is provided by Traffic Corsar SAS (société par actions simplifiée), a company registered in France (RCS Nice SIREN 999 455 512) ("we", "us"). Contact details are at the end of these terms and in our legal notice.

These terms apply when you, as a consumer living in Australia, use NoBill or take out a NoBill subscription. You must be 18 or over to subscribe. We send you these terms with your order confirmation e-mail; this page always shows the current version.

2. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled: to cancel your service contract with us; and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

3. What NoBill does — and doesn't

NoBill helps you keep track of your subscriptions yourself. Every plan includes the same features:

  • AI reading of screenshots you upload (banking app, App Store, Google Play, PayPal, e-mail receipts) to find recurring payments — up to 30 screenshot scans a day and 300 a month.
  • A list of your subscriptions with monthly and yearly totals, which you can edit, synchronised between your devices.
  • Reminders by e-mail and, if you allow it, push notification before upcoming charges and before free trials end — for entries with a known next charge date.
  • Step-by-step cancellation guides via a help chat — up to 30 messages a day and 300 a month. The help chat is an AI assistant, not a human.

NoBill does not connect to your bank, does not cancel other subscriptions for you, does not negotiate prices and does not claim refunds for you. You cancel third-party subscriptions yourself.

3A. Free use of the NoBill iPhone app

The NoBill iPhone app can also be used without a subscription: you can keep up to 5 subscriptions in your list, get push reminders for them and use 1 AI screenshot scan and 10 messages to the AI assistant (the help chat and "describe it in words" together) in total. More entries, more scans and more assistant messages need a NoBill subscription, bought on our website or in the app (section 10B). The website itself has no free plan. Free use comes with the same rules (sections 11 to 15) and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to it too.

4. Plans and prices

All prices are total prices in Australian dollars (A$). There are no other fees or surcharges.

PlanYou payWhat happens next
MonthlyA$6.99 every monthStarts with a free 7-day trial (card required, nothing charged today). Then A$6.99 every month until you cancel.
3 monthsA$17.99 today, for 3 monthsThen it continues as the monthly plan at A$6.99 every month until you cancel.
12 monthsA$39.99 today, for 12 monthsThen it continues as the monthly plan at A$6.99 every month until you cancel.
Introductory week (offered occasionally)A$0.99 today, for 7 daysThen it continues as the monthly plan at A$6.99 every month until you cancel. This is a paid offer, not a free trial.

Before you pay, checkout shows the plan, what you pay today, the date and amount of the next charge, that the subscription continues automatically until you cancel, and how to cancel.

5. How the contract is made

You choose a plan, enter your e-mail address and payment details in the payment form of our payment provider, Stripe, and confirm your order with the button that states that you will pay. You can correct your entries at any time before that. The contract is made when we confirm your order on screen; we then e-mail you a confirmation with the key details, these terms and how to cancel.

6. Free trial (monthly plan)

The monthly plan starts with 7 free days. Your card is saved but not charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. Otherwise A$6.99 is charged when the trial ends (the date is shown at checkout and in your confirmation e-mail) and then every month until you cancel. We e-mail you a reminder before the first charge.

The free trial and the introductory week are for new customers, once per customer. We check your NoBill account and the payment card (or Stripe Link account) you use: if you had a NoBill subscription, free trial or introductory week before, or the card was already used for one on another account, the monthly plan starts without a trial — checkout shows this before you pay. If we only find out after checkout, we cancel the trial before anything is charged (and refund an introductory-week fee in full), tell you straight away, and you can choose a paid plan. How the card check works and how to contest it: sections 3 and 11 of the privacy policy.

7. Introductory week

Sometimes we offer an introductory week: 7 days for A$0.99, charged straight away. Unless you cancel during those 7 days, it continues as the monthly plan at A$6.99 every month until you cancel. We e-mail you a reminder before the first monthly charge.

8. Renewal and switch to monthly billing

The monthly plan renews automatically every month until you cancel.

The 3- and 12-month plans do not renew for another 3 or 12 months. When the term ends, they continue as the monthly plan at A$6.99 every month until you cancel. We e-mail you at least 7 days before the switch, with the date, the new amount and a link to cancel.

9. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe with the payment methods shown in the payment form (e.g. card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We never see your full card number. Each charge is taken at the start of the period it pays for, and we e-mail a receipt for every charge.

If a payment fails, Stripe tries again over the following days; you keep access meanwhile. If it still fails, the subscription ends and access to the paid features stops.

10. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time, online, without giving a reason and without any fee:

  • in your NoBill account under “Account” → “Cancel subscription”;
  • without logging in, on the Cancel subscription page (linked at the bottom of every page and in every reminder e-mail);
  • or by e-mail to hello@nobill.website.

Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for (during a free trial or introductory week: until it ends — nothing more is charged). We confirm the cancellation by e-mail.

We don't give refunds for change of mind after 48 hours (see section 10A), or for unused time after you cancel. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (section 2) or anything set out in our Refund & cancellation policy.

10A. Full refund within 48 hours of a charge

In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: if you cancel within 48 hours of any charge — your first payment for a 3- or 12-month plan or the introductory week, the first charge after a free trial or introductory week, or any monthly or renewal charge — we refund that charge in full and your subscription ends immediately. Use “Cancel and get … back” in your account (“Account” → “Cancel subscription”), the refund option on the Cancel subscription page, or e-mail hello@nobill.website. The 48 hours run from the time of the charge as recorded by our payment provider; a request sent on the Cancel subscription page counts from the moment you submit it.

This self-service refund is available once every 12 months per customer (account and payment card). Further refund requests are handled by our support team at hello@nobill.website or +33 7 51 27 79 67; we reply within 2 business days. A charge that is the subject of a card dispute is dealt with through that dispute.

10B. Subscriptions bought in the NoBill iPhone app (App Store)

In the NoBill iPhone app you can also subscribe through Apple's App Store (in-app purchase). For that purchase Apple is the seller of record: Apple charges your Apple Account, the price, the length of any free trial and the renewal terms are the ones Apple shows on its purchase sheet before you confirm, and Apple's Media Services Terms apply as well as these terms. The subscription renews automatically through Apple until you cancel.

Cancel at any time in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in the app under “Account” → “Manage subscription”, at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. We can't cancel or change an App Store subscription for you: cancelling on our website, on the Cancel subscription page or by e-mail, or deleting your NoBill account, does not stop Apple's billing.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us: ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or from the app (“Account” → “Request a refund”, which opens Apple's refund form). Our 48-hour self-service refund (section 10A) applies only to subscriptions bought on our website and paid through Stripe. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (section 2): if NoBill fails to meet a consumer guarantee, contact us at hello@nobill.website or +33 7 51 27 79 67 and we will help, including with Apple.

If you already have a subscription bought on our website, you don't need to buy in the app: sign in to the app with the same e-mail address and your subscription works there too. If you already pay through the App Store, our website won't let you buy a second subscription.

11. AI results and availability

Screenshot reading is done automatically by AI and can make mistakes — misread amounts or dates, missed or wrongly detected subscriptions. Always check amounts and dates against your bank statement. Results are labelled as AI results and uncertain entries are marked “Check”. Reminders depend on the dates in your list and on e-mail and push delivery.

The help chat is an AI assistant. Its answers and cancellation guides are general information, not legal or financial advice, and can be wrong or out of date; each provider's own terms apply.

We aim to keep NoBill available at all times but there may be interruptions, for example for maintenance or outages at our providers.

12. Using NoBill fairly

You must be 18 or older to create a NoBill account, use NoBill (the website or the iPhone app) and buy a subscription.

Only upload screenshots you are entitled to use, and crop out what isn't needed (balances, account numbers, other people's details). Don't enter card numbers, account numbers or passwords in the help chat. Don't misuse NoBill, try to break its security or use it unlawfully.

13. Changes to prices, features and these terms

We will only change the price of your subscription from the start of a new billing period, never during a period you have already paid for (including a 3- or 12-month term). We will e-mail you at least 30 days before; you can cancel free of charge before the change takes effect.

If we remove a main feature during a period you have prepaid, you can cancel and we will refund the unused part of that period.

We may change these terms only for good reasons (for example a change in the law, a new feature, or to make them clearer). We will e-mail you at least 30 days before a change that is to your disadvantage; you can cancel before it applies and get a refund of any unused prepaid period. We never change terms just by updating this page.

14. If we end your subscription

We may suspend or end your subscription if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms (for example fraud, abuse of the AI features or using NoBill unlawfully). Where possible we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.

If we end your subscription for any other reason, or stop offering NoBill, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and refund any amount you have paid for the period after it ends.

15. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to that, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a reasonably foreseeable result of our breaching these terms or failing to provide the service with due care and skill. NoBill is for personal use and we are not responsible for business losses. Charges made by other companies are a matter between you and them, unless our failure to provide the service with due care and skill caused your loss.

16. Your data

How we handle personal information, including overseas disclosure and how to complain, is explained in our privacy policy.

17. Complaints

Please write to hello@nobill.website. We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 14 days. You can also contact the ACCC or the fair trading office of your State or Territory.

18. Which law applies and where you can go to court

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Australian State or Territory where you live, and you can bring proceedings in its courts. You keep every protection that Australian law gives you.

Nothing in these terms requires you to use arbitration or prevents you from taking part in a class action or other representative proceedings.
