Automatic renewal terms — please read

Every NoBill subscription renews automatically until you cancel. In summary:

  • It continues until you cancel. Your subscription is a continuous service: it renews automatically and we charge your payment method at the start of each period until you cancel.
  • Recurring charge: US$4.99 per month, plus applicable sales tax. The 3-month plan (US$11.99 plus applicable sales tax, charged today) and the 12-month plan (US$25.99 plus applicable sales tax, charged today) do not renew for another 3 or 12 months — when the term ends they continue as the monthly plan at US$4.99 per month, plus applicable sales tax.
  • Renewal frequency: monthly (after a 3- or 12-month term: monthly from the end of that term).
  • Free trial: the monthly plan starts with a free 7-day trial. Your card is saved; nothing is charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Otherwise US$4.99 plus applicable sales tax is charged when the trial ends and every month after that.
  • Introductory week (offered occasionally): US$0.69 plus applicable sales tax today for 7 days, then US$4.99 per month plus applicable sales tax until you cancel.
  • Cancellation policy: cancel at any time, online, in a few clicks — in your account or on the Cancel subscription page, no login or phone call needed. Cancelling stops all future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Refund: a full refund of any charge if you cancel within 48 hours of it (self-service, once every 12 months). After that we don't refund for change of mind (section 11).
  • Minimum purchase obligation: none. You can cancel at any time, including during a free trial.
  • Price changes: we e-mail you at least 30 days before any price change, with how to cancel (section 14).

1. About these terms and who we are

NoBill (the website and web app at nobill.website) is provided by Traffic Corsar SAS (société par actions simplifiée), a company registered in France (RCS Nice SIREN 999 455 512) ("we", "us"). Contact details are at the end of these terms and in our legal notice.

These terms apply when you, as a consumer living in the United States, use NoBill or take out a NoBill subscription. NoBill is offered to residents of the 50 states and the District of Columbia; it is not currently offered in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa or the Northern Mariana Islands.

You must be 18 or older to create an account, use NoBill and subscribe. NoBill is not directed at children.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of your state that cannot be waived by contract.

2. What NoBill does — and doesn't

NoBill helps you keep track of your subscriptions yourself. Every plan includes the same features:

  • AI reading of screenshots you upload (banking app, App Store, Google Play, PayPal, e-mail receipts) to find recurring payments — up to 30 screenshot scans a day and 300 a month.
  • A list of your subscriptions with monthly and yearly totals, which you can edit, synchronized between your devices.
  • Reminders by e-mail and, if you allow it, push notification before upcoming charges and before free trials end — for entries with a known next charge date.
  • Step-by-step cancellation guides via a help chat — up to 30 messages a day and 300 a month. The help chat is an AI assistant, not a human.

NoBill does not connect to your bank, does not cancel other subscriptions for you, does not negotiate prices and does not claim refunds for you. You cancel third-party subscriptions yourself.

3. Plans and prices

All prices are in US dollars (US$) and do not include sales tax. There are no other fees or surcharges.

PlanYou payWhat happens next
MonthlyUS$4.99 every month, plus applicable sales taxStarts with a free 7-day trial (card required, nothing charged today). Then US$4.99 plus applicable sales tax every month until you cancel.
3 monthsUS$11.99 today, plus applicable sales tax, for 3 monthsThen it continues as the monthly plan at US$4.99 plus applicable sales tax every month until you cancel.
12 monthsUS$25.99 today, plus applicable sales tax, for 12 monthsThen it continues as the monthly plan at US$4.99 plus applicable sales tax every month until you cancel.
Introductory week (offered occasionally)US$0.69 today, plus applicable sales tax, for 7 daysThen it continues as the monthly plan at US$4.99 plus applicable sales tax every month until you cancel. This is a paid offer, not a free trial.

Before you pay, checkout shows the plan, what you pay today (with the sales tax as its own line once your ZIP code is known), the date and amount of the next charge, that the subscription renews automatically until you cancel, and how to cancel.

4. Sales tax

At checkout we ask for the ZIP code of your billing address. Our payment provider's tax service (Stripe Tax) uses it to add the state and local sales tax that applies to NoBill where we are registered to collect it. Whether tax applies, and how much, depends on where you live; in some states none is due.

The sales tax is shown as a separate line before you pay and on every receipt. The amount can change if the tax rate where you live changes or if we register to collect tax in your state.

5. How you subscribe

  • You choose a plan, enter your e-mail address and billing ZIP code, and enter your payment details in the payment form of our payment provider, Stripe.
  • A separate box, not ticked in advance, asks you to confirm that you agree to the automatic renewal terms shown next to it.
  • You confirm with the button that states what you will pay — for example “Subscribe and pay US$11.99 + sales tax” or the exact total. You can correct your entries at any time before that.
  • We then e-mail you an acknowledgment with the automatic renewal terms, the cancellation policy, how to cancel and a link to these terms — please keep it. For a free trial, it also tells you how to cancel before you are charged.

6. Free trial (monthly plan)

The monthly plan starts with 7 free days. Your card is saved but not charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. Otherwise US$4.99 plus applicable sales tax is charged when the trial ends (the date is shown at checkout and in your acknowledgment e-mail) and then every month until you cancel.

We e-mail you a reminder 3 days before the trial ends, with the date, the amount and a link to cancel.

The free trial and the introductory week are for new customers, once per customer. We check your NoBill account and the payment card (or Stripe Link account) you use: if you had a NoBill subscription, free trial or introductory week before, or the card was already used for one on another account, the monthly plan starts without a trial — checkout shows this before you pay. If we only find out after checkout, we cancel the trial before anything is charged (and refund an introductory-week fee in full), tell you straight away, and you can choose a paid plan. How the card check works: section 3 of the privacy policy.

7. Introductory week

Sometimes we offer an introductory week: 7 days for US$0.69 plus applicable sales tax, charged straight away. Unless you cancel during those 7 days, it continues as the monthly plan at US$4.99 plus applicable sales tax every month until you cancel. We e-mail you a reminder 3 days before the first monthly charge.

8. Renewal, reminders and the switch to monthly billing

The monthly plan renews automatically every month until you cancel. Every charge comes with a receipt by e-mail showing the amount and how to cancel.

The 3- and 12-month plans do not renew for another 3 or 12 months. When the term ends, they continue as the monthly plan at US$4.99 plus applicable sales tax every month until you cancel. We e-mail you 35 days and again 7 days before the switch, with the date, the new amount and a link to cancel.

Once a year we also e-mail every subscriber a reminder of the automatic renewal terms: what you are subscribed to, how often and how much you are charged, and how to cancel.

9. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe with the payment methods shown in the payment form (e.g. card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We never see your full card number. Each charge is taken at the start of the period it pays for.

If a payment fails, Stripe tries again over the following days; you keep access meanwhile. If it still fails, the subscription ends and access to the paid features stops.

10. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time, online — the same way you subscribed — without giving a reason, without calling us and without any fee:

  • in your NoBill account under “Account” → “Cancel subscription”;
  • without logging in, on the Cancel subscription page (linked at the bottom of every page and in every reminder e-mail);
  • or by e-mail to hello@nobill.website.

Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for (during a free trial or introductory week: until it ends — nothing more is charged). We confirm the cancellation by e-mail.

11. Full refund within 48 hours of a charge

If you cancel within 48 hours of any charge — your first payment for a 3- or 12-month plan or the introductory week, the first charge after a free trial or introductory week, or any monthly charge — we refund that charge in full (including the sales tax on it) and your subscription ends immediately. Use “Cancel and get … back” in your account (“Account” → “Cancel subscription”), the refund option on the Cancel subscription page, or e-mail hello@nobill.website. The 48 hours run from the time of the charge as recorded by our payment provider; a request sent on the Cancel subscription page counts from the moment you submit it.

This self-service refund is available once every 12 months per customer (account and payment card). Further refund requests are handled by our support team at hello@nobill.website or +33 7 51 27 79 67; we reply within 2 business days.

After 48 hours we don't give refunds for change of mind, or for unused time after you cancel. This does not affect any right you have under the law of your state, or refunds for charges made in error or for a service we failed to provide (see our Refund & cancellation policy).

12. AI results and availability

Screenshot reading is done automatically by AI and can make mistakes — misread amounts or dates, missed or wrongly detected subscriptions. Always check amounts and dates against your bank statement. Results are labeled as AI results and uncertain entries are marked “Check”. Reminders depend on the dates in your list and on e-mail and push delivery.

The help chat is an AI assistant. Its answers and cancellation guides are general information, not legal or financial advice, and can be wrong or out of date; each provider's own terms apply.

We aim to keep NoBill available at all times but there may be interruptions, for example for maintenance or outages at our providers.

13. Using NoBill fairly

Only upload screenshots you are entitled to use, and crop out what isn't needed (balances, account numbers, other people's details). Don't enter card numbers, account numbers or passwords in the help chat. Don't misuse NoBill, try to break its security or use it unlawfully.

14. Changes to prices, features and these terms

We will only change the price of your subscription from the start of a new billing period, never during a period you have already paid for (including a 3- or 12-month term). We will e-mail you clearly at least 30 days before the change takes effect, with the new price, the date and how to cancel; you can cancel online, free of charge, before it applies. Where the law of your state requires your express consent to a change, we will ask for it, and if you don't give it your subscription ends at the end of the period you have paid for instead of continuing at the new price.

If we remove a main feature during a period you have prepaid, you can cancel and we will refund the unused part of that period.

We may change these terms only for good reasons (for example a change in the law, a new feature, or to make them clearer). We will e-mail you at least 30 days before a material change; you can cancel before it applies and get a refund of any unused prepaid period.

15. If we end your subscription

We may suspend or end your subscription if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms (for example fraud, abuse of the AI features or using NoBill unlawfully). Where possible we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.

If we end your subscription for any other reason, or stop offering NoBill, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and refund any amount you have paid for the period after it ends.

16. Our responsibility

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a reasonably foreseeable result of our breaching these terms or failing to provide the service with reasonable care and skill. NoBill is for personal use and we are not responsible for business losses. Charges made by other companies are a matter between you and them, unless our failure to provide the service with reasonable care caused your loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of your state, including liability for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct.

17. Your data

How we handle personal information, including the information for US residents (section 15 of the policy), is explained in our privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.

18. Notice for California residents

NoBill is provided by Traffic Corsar SAS (société par actions simplifiée), a company registered in France (RCS Nice SIREN 999 455 512); our address and contact details are in section 21. Prices and charges are set out in the automatic renewal terms above and in section 3. To resolve a complaint about NoBill, contact us as described in section 19.

Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California users are entitled to the following consumer rights notice: the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs may be contacted in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (916) 445-1254 or (800) 952-5210.

19. Complaints and disputes

If something went wrong, please contact us first at hello@nobill.website or +33 7 51 27 79 67 — it is usually the fastest way to fix things. We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 14 days.

If we can't resolve it, you can contact the consumer protection office of your state attorney general, or bring a claim in the courts of your state, including small claims court.

These terms contain no arbitration clause and no class-action waiver: nothing in them requires you to use arbitration or prevents you from taking part in a class action.

20. Which law applies

These terms are governed by French law. This does not deprive you of the protection of the consumer protection laws of your state of residence that cannot be waived by contract, and you can always enforce those laws in the courts of your state.
