1. About these terms and who we are
NoBill (the website and web app at nobill.website) is provided by Traffic Corsar SAS (société par actions simplifiée), a company registered in France (RCS Nice SIREN 999 455 512) ("we", "us"). Contact details are in section 2, at the end of these terms and in our legal notice.
These terms apply when you, as a consumer living in Canada, use NoBill or take out a NoBill subscription. You must be 18 or over (or the age of majority in your province or territory, if higher) to subscribe. The contract is in English.
Where NoBill is offered. NoBill is offered to residents of every Canadian province and territory except Québec, Manitoba or Saskatchewan; it is not offered in those three provinces. At checkout we ask for your province or territory and check your billing postal code. If your billing address turns out to be in Québec, Manitoba or Saskatchewan, we cancel the subscription and refund everything you paid in full, and tell you by e-mail.
2. Your rights, and the key information about this agreement
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection law of your province or territory, or any other law that cannot be excluded by contract. If any part of these terms conflicts with that law, the law wins and the rest of these terms still applies.
Before you pay, checkout shows you this key information and lets you review, correct or cancel your order:
| Item | Details |

| Supplier | Traffic Corsar SAS (société par actions simplifiée), a company registered in France, operating as NoBill |
| Business address | 27 avenue Jean Médecin, 06000 Nice, France |

| Service | NoBill: an online service to track your subscriptions — AI reading of screenshots you upload, a subscription list, reminders by e-mail and push, and an AI help chat with cancellation guides (section 4). Works in a current web browser with an internet connection; no app store download needed. |
| Price | Monthly C$6.99 per month (starts with a free 7-day trial); 3 months C$17.99 paid up front; 12 months C$39.99 paid up front; introductory week (offered occasionally) C$0.99 for 7 days. Full table in section 5. |
| Currency | Canadian dollars (C$). |
| Taxes | The price shown is the total price; no tax or other amount is added to it. |
| Payment and renewal | Charged to your card at the start of each period. Monthly renews every month until you cancel. The 3- and 12-month plans and the introductory week do not renew for the same term: they continue as the monthly plan at C$6.99 per month until you cancel (section 9). |
| Start (delivery) | Immediately after you confirm your order: you get access online in your NoBill account. Nothing is shipped. |
| Cancellation and refunds | Cancel at any time, online or by e-mail, with no fee; access runs to the end of the paid period. Full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of any charge (one self-service refund every 12 months; further requests are handled by support). After 48 hours we don't refund change of mind. Your rights under the law of your province or territory are not affected (sections 11–13 and the Refund & cancellation policy). |
| Your copy | We e-mail you a copy of this agreement (order confirmation with the key information and these terms) right after your order — always within 15 days. You can save and print it. |
3. Your copy of the agreement
Right after your order we e-mail you a copy of the agreement: the date, the plan, what you paid and what you will pay next, the key information in section 2 and these terms. It is always sent within 15 days of the agreement. Keep it — you can save or print it. If you did not receive it, write to us and we will send it again. This page always shows the current version of these terms.
4. What NoBill does — and doesn't
NoBill helps you keep track of your subscriptions yourself. Every plan includes the same features:
- AI reading of screenshots you upload (banking app, App Store, Google Play, PayPal, e-mail receipts) to find recurring payments — up to 30 screenshot scans a day and 300 a month.
- A list of your subscriptions with monthly and yearly totals, which you can edit, synchronised between your devices.
- Reminders by e-mail and, if you allow it, push notification before upcoming charges and before free trials end — for entries with a known next charge date.
- Step-by-step cancellation guides via a help chat — up to 30 messages a day and 300 a month. The help chat is an AI assistant, not a human.
NoBill does not connect to your bank, does not cancel other subscriptions for you, does not negotiate prices and does not claim refunds for you. You cancel third-party subscriptions yourself.
4A. Free use of the NoBill iPhone app
The NoBill iPhone app can also be used without a subscription: you can keep up to 5 subscriptions in your list, get push reminders for them and use 1 AI screenshot scan and 10 messages to the AI assistant (the help chat and "describe it in words" together) in total. More entries, more scans and more assistant messages need a NoBill subscription, bought on our website or in the app through Apple's App Store (then Apple is the seller and Apple's purchase terms apply as well). The website itself has no free plan. Free use comes with the same rules (sections 14 to 18), and your rights under the consumer protection law of your province or territory apply to it too.
5. Plans and prices
All prices are total prices in Canadian dollars (C$). The price shown is the price you pay — nothing is added at checkout and there are no other fees or surcharges.
| Plan | You pay | What happens next |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | C$6.99 every month | Starts with a free 7-day trial (card required, nothing charged today). Then C$6.99 every month until you cancel. |
| 3 months | C$17.99 today, for 3 months | Then it continues as the monthly plan at C$6.99 every month until you cancel. |
| 12 months | C$39.99 today, for 12 months | Then it continues as the monthly plan at C$6.99 every month until you cancel. |
| Introductory week (offered occasionally) | C$0.99 today, for 7 days | Then it continues as the monthly plan at C$6.99 every month until you cancel. This is a paid offer, not a free trial. |
Checkout shows the plan, what you pay today, the date and amount of the next charge, that the subscription continues automatically until you cancel, and how to cancel — next to the button you press to pay.
6. How the agreement is made
You choose a plan and your province or territory, enter your e-mail address and payment details in the payment form of our payment provider, Stripe, and confirm your order with the button that states that you will pay. Until then you can go back, correct any entry or simply leave without ordering. The agreement is made when we confirm your order on screen; we then e-mail you your copy (section 3).
7. Free trial (monthly plan)
The monthly plan starts with 7 free days. Your card is saved but not charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. Otherwise C$6.99 is charged when the trial ends (the date is shown at checkout and in your confirmation e-mail) and then every month until you cancel. We e-mail you a reminder 4 days before the first charge, with the date and the amount.
The free trial and the introductory week are for new customers, once per customer. We check your NoBill account and the payment card (or Stripe Link account) you use: if you had a NoBill subscription, free trial or introductory week before, or the card was already used for one on another account, the monthly plan starts without a trial — checkout shows this before you pay. If we only find out after checkout, we cancel the trial before anything is charged (and refund an introductory-week fee in full), tell you straight away, and you can choose a paid plan. How the card check works and how to contest it: sections 3 and 11 of the privacy policy.
8. Introductory week
Sometimes we offer an introductory week: 7 days for C$0.99, charged straight away. Unless you cancel during those 7 days, it continues as the monthly plan at C$6.99 every month until you cancel. We e-mail you a reminder 4 days before the first monthly charge, with the date and the amount.
9. Renewal and switch to monthly billing
The monthly plan renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, before or after a renewal, without any charge or penalty.
The 3- and 12-month plans do not renew for another 3 or 12 months. When the term ends, they continue as the monthly plan at C$6.99 every month until you cancel. We e-mail you about 45 days before the switch (never less than 30 days) and again 7 days before, with the date, the new amount, your right to cancel and how to cancel.
10. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe with the payment methods shown in the payment form (e.g. card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We never see your full card number. Each charge is taken at the start of the period it pays for, and we e-mail a receipt for every charge.
If a payment fails, Stripe tries again over the following days; you keep access meanwhile. If it still fails, the subscription ends and access to the paid features stops.
11. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason and without any fee or penalty, by any of these methods:
- in your NoBill account under “Account” → “Cancel subscription”;
- without logging in, on the Cancel subscription page (linked at the bottom of every page and in every reminder e-mail);
- by e-mail to hello@nobill.website from any address — tell us the e-mail address of your NoBill account. A cancellation by e-mail takes effect when we receive it, even if we reply later.
Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for (during a free trial or introductory week: until it ends — nothing more is charged). We confirm the cancellation by e-mail.
Apart from the refunds in sections 12, 13 and 15–16 and in our Refund & cancellation policy, and any refund the law of your province or territory gives you, we don't refund change of mind after 48 hours or unused time after you cancel.
12. Full refund within 48 hours of a charge
In addition to your rights under the law of your province or territory: if you cancel within 48 hours of any charge — your first payment for a 3- or 12-month plan or the introductory week, the first charge after a free trial or introductory week, or any monthly or renewal charge — we refund that charge in full and your subscription ends immediately. Use “Cancel and get … back” in your account (“Account” → “Cancel subscription”), the refund option on the Cancel subscription page, or e-mail hello@nobill.website (a request by e-mail counts from when we receive it). The 48 hours run from the time of the charge as recorded by our payment provider.
This self-service refund is available once every 12 months per customer (account and payment card). Further refund requests are handled by our support team at hello@nobill.website or +33 7 51 27 79 67; we reply within 2 business days and issue any refund within 15 days.
13. Cancellation rights under provincial law
Provincial internet-sales laws (for example in Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta) let you cancel an internet agreement if the supplier did not disclose the required information, did not give you an express opportunity to accept or decline the agreement and correct errors, or did not send you a copy of the agreement within 15 days — within the periods that law sets (generally 7 days after you receive the copy, or 30 days after the agreement if no copy was sent). If you cancel on that basis, we refund everything you paid under the agreement within 15 days, and your card issuer may reverse the charge if we do not.
14. AI results and availability
Screenshot reading is done automatically by AI and can make mistakes — misread amounts or dates, missed or wrongly detected subscriptions. Always check amounts and dates against your bank statement. Results are labelled as AI results and uncertain entries are marked “Check”. Reminders depend on the dates in your list and on e-mail and push delivery.
The help chat is an AI assistant. Its answers and cancellation guides are general information, not legal or financial advice, and can be wrong or out of date; each provider's own terms apply.
We aim to keep NoBill available at all times but there may be interruptions, for example for maintenance or outages at our providers.
15. Changes to prices, features and these terms
We may change only these things: the price of a plan, the features included in NoBill, and these terms (for example because of a change in the law, a new feature, or to make them clearer).
We will e-mail you at least 45 days before a change takes effect (and never more than 60 days' notice for a price change), telling you what changes, from when, and that you can cancel. A price change only applies from the start of a new billing period — never during a period you have already paid for, including a 3- or 12-month term. If a change is to your disadvantage, you can cancel free of charge before or after it takes effect and get a refund of any unused prepaid period. We never make a change that makes cancelling or getting a refund harder, and we never change terms just by updating this page.
If we remove a main feature during a period you have prepaid, you can cancel and we will refund the unused part of that period.
16. If we end your subscription
We may suspend or end your subscription if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms (for example fraud, abuse of the AI features or using NoBill unlawfully). Where possible we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.
If we end your subscription for any other reason, or stop offering NoBill, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and refund, within 15 days, any amount you have paid for the period after it ends.
17. Using NoBill fairly
Only upload screenshots you are entitled to use, and crop out what isn't needed (balances, account numbers, other people's details). Don't enter card numbers, account numbers or passwords in the help chat. Don't misuse NoBill, try to break its security or use it unlawfully.
Nothing in these terms stops you from writing or publishing an honest review of NoBill, anywhere.
18. Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection law of your province or territory, or any other law that cannot be excluded by contract. If any part of these terms conflicts with that law, the law wins and the rest of these terms still applies.
Subject to that, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a reasonably foreseeable result of our breaching these terms or failing to provide the service with reasonable care and skill. NoBill is for personal use and we are not responsible for business losses. Charges made by other companies are a matter between you and them, unless our failure to provide the service with reasonable care and skill caused your loss.
19. Your data
How we handle personal information — including that it is processed outside Canada, how to access it and how to complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada — is explained in our privacy policy (section 13 for Canada).
20. E-mails we send you
We send e-mails that are part of the service you signed up for: order confirmation and your copy of the agreement, receipts, reminders before a trial or term converts, cancellation confirmations, sign-in links and the reminders you set up. Every e-mail identifies us (Traffic Corsar, operating as NoBill), gives our mailing address and a way to contact us, and contains a link to manage your e-mails or unsubscribe where that applies.
We send marketing e-mails only if you have expressly agreed to them (an unticked box and a confirmation e-mail). You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every marketing e-mail; we act on it at once and in any case within 10 business days, as Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) requires.
21. Complaints
Please write to hello@nobill.website or call +33 7 51 27 79 67. We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 14 days. You can also contact the consumer protection office of your province or territory (for example Consumer Protection Ontario or Consumer Protection BC), and the Competition Bureau of Canada about misleading advertising.
22. Which law applies and where you can go to court
These terms are governed by the laws of the province or territory where you live and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You can bring proceedings in the courts of your province or territory, including its small claims court. You keep every protection that the law of your province or territory gives you.
Nothing in these terms requires you to use arbitration, and nothing prevents you from starting or taking part in a class action or other representative proceeding.
