1. About these terms and who we are
NoBill (the website and web app at nobill.website) is provided by Traffic Corsar SAS (société par actions simplifiée), a company registered in France (RCS Nice SIREN 999 455 512) ("we", "us"). Contact details are at the end of these terms and in our legal notice.
These terms apply when you, as a consumer, use NoBill or take out a NoBill subscription. You must be 18 or over to subscribe.
The contract can be concluded in English, French or German; the version of these terms in the language of your order applies to your contract. The French version is at Conditions générales de vente and the German version at AGB. We send you the key terms and links to these terms with your order confirmation e-mail and keep a record of your order; this page always shows the current version.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights that EU consumer law and the mandatory law of the member state where you live give you.
2. Where NoBill is offered
NoBill is offered on the same terms and at the same prices to consumers who live in any of the 27 member states of the European Union. It is not offered under these terms in Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland or the United Kingdom.
At checkout you choose the member state where you live. We use it as the country for VAT and as evidence of your location, together with the country of your internet connection.
3. What NoBill does — and doesn't
NoBill helps you keep track of your subscriptions yourself. Every plan includes the same features:
- AI reading of screenshots you upload (banking app, App Store, Google Play, PayPal, e-mail receipts) to find recurring payments — up to 30 screenshot scans a day and 300 a month.
- A list of your subscriptions with monthly and yearly totals, which you can edit, synchronised between your devices.
- Reminders by e-mail and, if you allow it, push notification before upcoming charges and before free trials end — for entries with a known next charge date.
- Step-by-step cancellation guides via a help chat — up to 30 messages a day and 300 a month. The help chat is an AI assistant, not a human.
NoBill works in an up-to-date web browser on a phone or computer and can be installed as a web app. It does not connect to your bank, does not cancel other subscriptions for you, does not negotiate prices and does not claim refunds for you. You cancel third-party subscriptions yourself.
4. Plans and prices
All prices are total prices in euros (€) and include VAT. The price is the same in every member state. There are no other fees or surcharges.
| Plan | You pay (incl. VAT) | What happens next |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | €4.49 every month | Starts with a free 7-day trial (card required, nothing charged today). Then €4.49 every month until you cancel. |
| 3 months | €11.99 today, for 3 months (€4.00/month equivalent) | Then it continues as the monthly plan at €4.49 every month until you cancel. |
| 12 months | €25.99 today, for 12 months (€2.17/month equivalent) | Then it continues as the monthly plan at €4.49 every month until you cancel. |
| Introductory week (offered occasionally) | €0.59 today, for 7 days | Then it continues as the monthly plan at €4.49 every month until you cancel. This is a paid offer, not a free trial. |
The VAT included is the VAT that applies to your purchase under EU VAT rules — normally that of the member state you live in, which our payment provider's tax service (Stripe Tax) applies. Your receipt shows the VAT.
Before you pay, checkout shows the plan, the total price including VAT, what you pay today, the date and amount of the next charge, that the subscription continues automatically until you cancel, how to cancel and your right of withdrawal.
5. How the contract is made
- You choose a plan, the member state where you live and your e-mail address, and enter your payment details in the payment form of our payment provider, Stripe.
- Two separate boxes, not ticked in advance, ask you (1) to request that NoBill starts straight away during your 14-day withdrawal period — you keep your right of withdrawal and get a full refund if you withdraw within 14 days (section 11) — and (2) to confirm that you understand the subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
- You place your order with the button that states your obligation to pay — “Order with obligation to pay …” followed by the amount and, for the free trial, the trial length and the monthly price after it. You can correct your entries at any time before that.
- The contract is made when we confirm your order on screen. We then send you an order confirmation e-mail with the key terms, your withdrawal information, links to these terms and to the withdrawal function, and how to cancel — please keep it.
6. Free trial (monthly plan)
The monthly plan starts with 7 free days. Your card is saved but not charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. Otherwise €4.49 is charged when the trial ends (the date is shown at checkout and in your confirmation e-mail) and then every month until you cancel.
We e-mail you a reminder 2 days before the first charge, with the date, the amount and a link to cancel.
The free trial and the introductory week are for new customers, once per customer. We check your NoBill account and the payment card (or Stripe Link account) you use: if you had a NoBill subscription, free trial or introductory week before, or the card was already used for one on another account, the monthly plan starts without a trial — checkout shows this before you pay. If we only find out after checkout, we cancel the trial before anything is charged (and refund an introductory-week fee in full), tell you straight away, and you can choose a paid plan. How the card check works and how to contest it: sections 3 and 11 of the privacy policy.
Your 14-day right of withdrawal runs from the day you sign up, so it covers the trial. In addition, you can withdraw within 14 days of the first payment after the trial and get that payment back in full (section 11).
7. Introductory week
Sometimes we offer an introductory week: 7 days for €0.59, charged straight away. Unless you cancel during those 7 days, it continues as the monthly plan at €4.49 every month until you cancel. We e-mail you a reminder 2 days before the first monthly charge.
You can also withdraw within 14 days of that first monthly payment and get it back in full (section 11).
8. Renewal, switch to monthly billing and reminders
The monthly plan renews automatically every month until you cancel.
The 3- and 12-month plans do not renew for another 3 or 12 months. When the term ends, they continue as the monthly plan at €4.49 every month, which you can cancel at any time. We e-mail you 45 days and again 7 days before the term ends, with the date, the new amount, the last day to stop the switch and a link to cancel. If you cancel before the term ends, nothing more is charged.
For consumers in France this notice is the information required by Article L215-1 of the French Consumer Code; the text of Articles L215-1 to L215-3 and L241-3 is reproduced in the French version of these terms.
9. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe with the payment methods shown in the payment form (e.g. card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We never see your full card number. Each charge is taken at the start of the period it pays for, and every charge comes with a receipt showing the VAT.
If a payment fails, Stripe tries again over the following days and we tell you; you keep access meanwhile. If it still fails, the subscription ends and access to the paid features stops.
10. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time, online, without giving a reason and at no cost:
- in your NoBill account under “Account” → “Cancel subscription”;
- without logging in, on the Cancel subscription page (linked at the bottom of every page and in every reminder e-mail);
- or by e-mail to hello@nobill.website.
Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for (during a free trial or introductory week: until it ends). We confirm the cancellation by e-mail with the date and time we received it and the date your access ends.
If you only cancel, outside the withdrawal periods in section 11, we don't refund the unused part of the current period.
11. Your 14-day right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is made (the day you sign up — for the monthly plan, the day the free trial starts).
Immediate start and full refund. At checkout you ask us to start NoBill straight away, during the withdrawal period. The law would then allow us to charge for the service provided until you withdraw (Article 14(3) of the Consumer Rights Directive). We don't: if you withdraw within 14 days of signing up, your subscription ends immediately and we refund everything you paid.
After a free trial or introductory week. We also give you 14 days from the first full payment that follows a free trial or introductory week to withdraw; we then refund that payment in full and the subscription ends immediately.
How to withdraw. The easiest way is our online withdrawal function, Withdraw from contract here, available without logging in throughout the withdrawal period — it is also linked from the Cancel subscription page and your order confirmation e-mail. Enter your name, the e-mail address of your NoBill account (it identifies your contract) and the e-mail address for the confirmation, then press “Confirm withdrawal”. We send you an acknowledgement by e-mail straight away, with the content of your withdrawal and the date and time you sent it. You can also e-mail hello@nobill.website or send the model withdrawal form in our Withdrawal, refund & cancellation policy by post; any clear statement is enough. It is enough to send it before the period ends.
Effects of withdrawal. We refund all payments we received from you for the contract without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we are informed of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment as you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the refund.
To stop the subscription for the future without a refund, use cancellation instead (section 10).
12. Legal guarantee of conformity
We must provide NoBill as described in these terms and at checkout, and in conformity with the contract throughout your subscription. This is your legal guarantee of conformity for digital services (Directive (EU) 2019/770; for France, Articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code; in your member state, its equivalent national rules).
If NoBill is not in conformity, tell us and we will bring it into conformity free of charge within a reasonable time. If we can't, don't do so within a reasonable time, or the lack of conformity is serious, you can ask for a proportionate price reduction or end the contract and get back the part of the price for the period in which NoBill was not in conformity. These rights are in addition to your right of withdrawal and are not affected by these terms.
13. AI results and availability
Screenshot reading is done automatically by AI and can make mistakes — misread amounts or dates, missed or wrongly detected subscriptions. Results are labelled as AI results and uncertain entries are marked “Check”. Please check them against your statements before relying on them. Reminders depend on the dates in your list and on e-mail and push delivery.
The help chat is an AI assistant. Its answers and cancellation guides are general information, not legal or financial advice, and can be wrong or out of date; each provider's own terms apply.
We aim to keep NoBill available at all times but there may be interruptions, for example for maintenance or outages at our providers. We will try to keep them short.
14. Using NoBill fairly
Only upload screenshots you are entitled to use, and crop out what isn't needed (balances, IBANs, account numbers, other people's details). Don't enter card numbers, IBANs or passwords in the help chat. Don't misuse NoBill, try to break its security or use it unlawfully.
15. Changes to prices, features and these terms
We will only change the price of your subscription from the start of a new billing period, never during a period you have already paid for (including a 3- or 12-month term). We will e-mail you at least 30 days before. A price change or a change to these terms that affects your running subscription needs your express agreement; if you don't agree, your subscription continues on the current terms until the end of the current period and either of us can then end it. You can cancel at any time, free of charge.
We may change or update NoBill's features where there is a good reason (for example security, a change in the law or a new feature), at no extra cost to you. If a change negatively affects your use of NoBill more than slightly, we will tell you in advance by e-mail and you can end the contract free of charge within 30 days of the change, with a refund of any period you have paid for but not used.
16. If we end your subscription
We may suspend or end your subscription if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms (for example fraud, abuse of the AI features or using NoBill unlawfully). Where possible we will warn you first and give you a chance to put things right.
If we decide to stop offering NoBill, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance and refund any amount you have paid for the period after it ends.
17. Our responsibility
We are liable under the general law. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury, for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, for breach of an essential obligation of the contract, or where the mandatory law of the member state where you live does not allow it.
NoBill is for personal use; we are not responsible for business losses. Charges made by other companies are a matter between you and them — unless a reminder you were entitled to was not sent because of our fault.
18. Your data
How we use your personal data (EU GDPR) is explained in our privacy policy; what we store on your device is on the Cookies & storage page.
19. Complaints and consumer mediation
Please write to hello@nobill.website. We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 14 days.
For free advice on a cross-border purchase you can also contact the European Consumer Centre in your country (ECC-Net).
20. Which law applies and where you can go to court
These terms are governed by French law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the member state where you habitually live (Article 6(2) of the Rome I Regulation).
You can bring proceedings against us in the courts of the member state where you live or in the courts of France; we can only bring proceedings against you in the courts of the member state where you live.
