1. About these terms and who we are

NoBill (the website and web app at nobill.website) is provided by Traffic Corsar SAS (société par actions simplifiée), a company registered in France (RCS Nice SIREN 999 455 512) ("we", "us"). Contact details are at the end of these terms and in our legal notice.

These terms apply when you, as a consumer living in the United Kingdom, use NoBill or take out a NoBill subscription. You must be 18 or over to subscribe. The contract is in English. We send you these terms with your order confirmation e-mail and keep a copy; this page always shows the current version.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

2. What NoBill does — and doesn't

NoBill helps you keep track of your subscriptions yourself. Every plan includes the same features:

  • AI reading of screenshots you upload (banking app, App Store, Google Play, PayPal, e-mail receipts) to find recurring payments — up to 30 screenshot scans a day.
  • A list of your subscriptions with monthly and yearly totals, which you can edit, synchronised between your devices.
  • Reminders by e-mail and, if you allow it, push notification before upcoming charges and before free trials end — for entries with a known next charge date.
  • Step-by-step cancellation guides via a help chat — up to 30 messages a day. The help chat is an AI assistant, not a human.

NoBill does not connect to your bank, does not cancel other subscriptions for you, does not negotiate prices and does not claim refunds for you. You cancel third-party subscriptions yourself.

3. Plans and prices

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. There are no other charges.

PlanYou payWhat happens next
Monthly£3.99 every monthStarts with a free 7-day trial (card required, nothing charged today). Then £3.99 every month until you cancel.
3 months£9.99 today (£3.33/month equivalent)Covers 3 months. Then it continues as the monthly plan at £3.99 every month until you cancel.
12 months£22.99 today (£1.92/month equivalent)Covers 12 months. Then it continues as the monthly plan at £3.99 every month until you cancel.
Introductory week (offered occasionally)£0.49 todayCovers 7 days. Then it continues as the monthly plan at £3.99 every month until you cancel. This is a paid offer, not a free trial.

Before you pay, checkout shows the plan, what you pay today, the date and amount of the next charge, how the subscription continues and how to cancel.

4. How the contract is made

  • You choose a plan, enter your e-mail address and payment details in the payment form of our payment provider, Stripe, and confirm that you want NoBill to start straight away (see section 10).
  • You place your order with the button that states your obligation to pay — for example “Start free trial – £3.99/month after 7 days” or “Subscribe and pay”. You can correct your entries at any time before that.
  • The contract is made when we confirm your order on screen. We then send a confirmation e-mail with the key details, these terms and how to cancel — please keep it.

5. Free trial (monthly plan)

The monthly plan starts with 7 free days. Your card is saved but not charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. Otherwise £3.99 is charged when the trial ends (the date is shown at checkout and in your confirmation e-mail) and then every month until you cancel.

We e-mail you a reminder before the first charge, with the date, the amount and a link to cancel.

The free trial and the introductory week are for new customers, once per customer. We check your NoBill account and the payment card (or Stripe Link account) you use: if you had a NoBill subscription, free trial or introductory week before, or the card was already used for one on another account, the monthly plan starts without a trial — checkout shows this before you pay. If we only find out after checkout, we cancel the trial before anything is charged (and refund an introductory-week fee in full), tell you straight away, and you can choose a paid plan. How the card check works and how to contest it: sections 3 and 11 of the privacy policy.

After the trial converts to a paid subscription you have a further 14-day right to cancel with a full refund of that first payment (section 10).

6. Introductory week

Sometimes we offer an introductory week: 7 days for £0.49, charged straight away. Unless you cancel during those 7 days, it continues as the monthly plan at £3.99 every month until you cancel. We e-mail you a reminder before the first monthly charge.

After it converts to the monthly plan you have a further 14-day right to cancel with a full refund of that first monthly payment (section 10).

7. Renewal and switch to monthly billing

The monthly plan renews automatically every month until you cancel.

The 3- and 12-month plans do not renew for another 3 or 12 months. When the term ends, they continue as the monthly plan at £3.99 every month until you cancel. We e-mail you at least 7 days before the switch, with the date, the new amount and a link to cancel.

8. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe with the payment methods shown in the payment form (e.g. card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We never see your full card number. Each charge is taken at the start of the period it pays for.

If a payment fails, Stripe tries again over the following days and we tell you; you keep access meanwhile. If it still fails, the subscription ends and access to the paid features stops.

9. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time, online, without giving a reason:

  • in your NoBill account under “Account” → “Cancel subscription”;
  • without logging in, on the Cancel subscription page (linked at the bottom of every page and in every reminder e-mail);
  • or by e-mail to hello@nobill.website.

Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for (during a free trial or introductory week: until it ends). We confirm the cancellation by e-mail with the date and time.

If you only cancel (and are outside the 14-day periods in section 10), we don't refund the unused part of the current period.

10. Your 14-day right to cancel and get a refund

After you sign up. You can cancel within 14 days of the day the contract is made, for any reason. Because you ask us to start NoBill straight away, the law would let us charge for the days you used; we don't — we refund everything you paid.

After a free trial or introductory week converts. You can also cancel within 14 days of the first payment that follows a free trial or introductory week, and we refund that payment in full.

How: use the cancellation-right option on the Cancel subscription page, e-mail hello@nobill.website, or send the model cancellation form in our Refund & cancellation policy. Any clear statement is enough. The subscription then ends immediately and we refund you within 14 days, to the payment method you used, at no cost to you.

11. If something is wrong with NoBill

We must provide NoBill with reasonable care and skill and as described. If we don't, tell us and we will put it right; if we can't do that within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience to you, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund. These are your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015; they are in addition to the 14-day rights above. Citizens Advice can tell you more.

12. AI results and availability

Screenshot reading is done automatically by AI and can make mistakes — misread amounts or dates, missed or wrongly detected subscriptions. Results are labelled as AI results and uncertain entries are marked “Check”. Please check them against your statements before relying on them. Reminders depend on the dates in your list and on e-mail and push delivery.

The help chat is an AI assistant. Its answers and cancellation guides are general information, not legal or financial advice, and can be wrong or out of date; each provider's own terms apply.

We aim to keep NoBill available at all times but there may be interruptions, for example for maintenance or outages at our providers. We will try to keep them short and tell you about planned downtime that affects you.

13. Using NoBill fairly

Only upload screenshots you are entitled to use, and crop out what isn't needed (balances, account numbers, other people's details). Don't enter card numbers, account numbers or passwords in the help chat. Don't misuse NoBill, try to break its security or use it unlawfully.

14. Changes to prices and these terms

We will only change the price of your subscription from the start of a new billing period, never during a period you have already paid for (including a 3- or 12-month term). We will e-mail you at least 30 days before; you can cancel free of charge before the change takes effect.

We may change these terms for good reasons — for example a change in the law, a new feature, or to make them clearer. If a change is to your disadvantage we will e-mail you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then and get a refund for any period you have paid for but not used.

15. If we end your subscription

We may suspend or end your subscription if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms (for example fraud, abuse of the AI features or using NoBill unlawfully). Where possible we will warn you first and give you a chance to put things right.

If we decide to stop offering NoBill, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance and refund any amount you have paid for the period after it ends.

16. Our responsibility for loss

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss is foreseeable if it is obvious it will happen or if, when the contract was made, we both knew it might happen.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for breach of your statutory rights.

NoBill is for personal use. We are not responsible for business losses. Charges made by other companies are a matter between you and them — but if a reminder you were entitled to was not sent because of our failure to use reasonable care and skill, the paragraph above applies.

17. Your data

How we use your personal data is explained in our privacy policy; what we store on your device is on the Cookies & storage page.

18. Complaints

Please write to hello@nobill.website. We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 14 days. See the legal notice for free advice services.

19. Which law applies and where you can go to court

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your home nation.

You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live; we can only bring proceedings against you there.
