How to cancel Kayo Sports in Australia

Steps

  1. Sign in to My Account at https://kayosports.com.au/en-AU/myaccount.
  2. Under My Subscriptions, click Manage Subscription.
  3. Scroll to the bottom, click Cancel Subscription, then Continue.
  4. Choose a reason, enter your password, then click Confirm.

Good to know

Access continues to the end of the billing period; a confirmation email is sent. Cancel missing or greyed out → you are probably billed by Apple: cancel in your Apple subscriptions. Kayo through Optus SubHub → cancel in SubHub. Bank statements show 'Hubbl - Kayo Sports'.

Paying through the App Store or Google Play?

If you signed up inside an app on your phone, the subscription is usually billed by Apple or Google, not by the service itself. Then you cancel it in your Apple account or in Google Play – deleting the app does not cancel it.

Still being charged after you cancelled?

  1. Check that you cancelled the right account and look for the provider’s cancellation confirmation (e-mail or account page).
  2. Check who bills you: a charge from Apple, Google, PayPal or your phone or internet provider has to be cancelled with them.
  3. Contact the provider’s support, with the date you cancelled and the charge from your statement.
  4. Ask your bank or card issuer to stop the recurring payment. You can also ask them about a chargeback for a charge made after you cancelled – the issuer’s own rules decide.
