How to cancel Sky Sport Now in New Zealand

Sign in on the Sky Sport Now website and open the Subscriptions page.
Cancel the pass before its renewal date.

Month and Annual Passes renew automatically (Day Passes don't). No refund when you cancel; you keep access to the end of the term.

Paying through the App Store or Google Play?

If you signed up inside an app on your phone, the subscription is usually billed by Apple or Google, not by the service itself. Then you cancel it in your Apple account or in Google Play – deleting the app does not cancel it.

Still being charged after you cancelled?

Check that you cancelled the right account and look for the provider’s cancellation confirmation (e-mail or account page).
Check who bills you: a charge from Apple, Google, PayPal or your phone or internet provider has to be cancelled with them.
Contact the provider’s support, with the date you cancelled and the charge from your statement.
Ask your bank or card issuer to stop the recurring payment. You can also ask them about a chargeback for a charge made after you cancelled – the issuer’s own rules decide.
